Q. How can I make a reservation?
You can easily book your dialysis treatment by completing and submitting the electronic EMS Dialysis Booking Request Form. The form is available at this link, with a German version accessible here. Once submitted, you will receive your final booking confirmation via email within 48 business hours.

We require at least two weeks' notice for individual reservations and 30 days' notice for group reservations. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate last-minute bookings.

Q: What documents do I need to submit before my arrival?
Please email a copy of your recent records (no older than 60 days) to reservation@ems-eg.com at least two weeks before your arrival at your holiday destination.
